Client Service Representative

At Cat Care Clinic of Naples, cats aren’t part of what we do. They’re all we do. Since 1997, we’ve been Southwest Florida’s only cat-exclusive veterinary hospital, on a mission to become the premier destination for feline medicine in our community. We’re looking for a Client Service Representative who wants to help us build something better than ordinary.

Our front desk is a critical part of the experience we create for every client and every cat. As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be the first person many of our clients meet, and your ability to create a calm, welcoming, and knowledgeable experience will set the tone for everything that follows. This is far more than a front-desk position.

Feline-only. Team-first. Beyond ordinary.

You’ll be the welcoming heart of the hospital, keeping every visit calm and every client cared for:

• Welcome clients and their cats with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Answer phones and communicate confidently about appointments, services, and questions
• Coordinate with the veterinary team to keep appointments and patient flow moving smoothly
• Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Learn about feline medicine so you can confidently represent the care we provide
• Contribute ideas that improve the client and patient experience

You’re a warm, dependable people-person who loves cats and cares about getting the details right. You are:

• A genuine cat person who understands that cats have unique needs and personalities
• Warm, approachable, and naturally good with people
• Exceptionally dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Calm and compassionate with worried or emotional clients
• A strong communicator in person, by phone, and in writing
• A team player who takes pride in being part of something better than ordinary

Veterinary reception experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person. A great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn matter most.

The person at our front desk shapes every client’s first and last impression, and we recognize how much that matters. Your pay reflects the experience you bring:

• $17 to $20 per hour, based on experience
