Full Time Dental Hygienist – Naples, Florida

Join our collaborative dental team at All About Smiles in beautiful Naples, Florida. This is an amazing opportunity for a personal and professional full‑time Dental Hygienist to join our caring team with our mission to provide quality care to patients in our patient‑centered dental practice.

All About Smiles is a great practice in the heart of Naples with a longtime team committed to excellence and quality of care.

New RDH graduates are welcome to apply.

Schedule

Monday through Thursday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (no lunch)

  • Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience
  • Screening patients and providing quality care during check‑ups
  • Educating patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene care
  • Reviewing patient’s history and charting
  • Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
  • Documents area of existing restorations
  • Use of x‑ray
  • Support the dentist with procedures as needed
  • Dental Hygienist license in the state of Florida
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑focused approach
  • Current BLS/CPR certifications
  • Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and infection control training
  • Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience preferred – but new grads are welcome to apply
  • Knowledgeable about perio health and comfortable with patient education
  • Experience with dental practice software
  • Team Player – strong collaborator that is open, positive and flexible
