Family Orthodontics of Naples is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused PEDO/ORTHO Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing practice.

This role offers the opportunity to work with both our Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontic teams, providing a fun, fast‑paced, and rewarding work environment.

Full‑time

Monday‑Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Welcome patients, parents, and guardians with a warm and professional attitude.
• Manage patient check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments for both Pediatric and Orthodontic patients.
• Verify insurance information and assist with patient accounts.
• Coordinate daily schedules and maintain efficient office flow.
• Provide outstanding customer service while supporting both specialties.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare front office environment is preferred.
• Experience in Pediatric Dentistry or Orthodontics is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy office environment.
• Comfortable learning new computer systems and technology.
