Responsibilities- Provide high-quality general dentistry across a broad scope of procedures
- Build trust and continuity with an established patient base
- Lead and collaborate with a long-tenured clinical team
- Maintain high standards of ethical, patient-centered care
- Participate in practice growth and contribute to a positive office culture
- Work within a dental group supported structure where operational and clinical roles are clearly defined
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Florida dental license (or eligibility)
- 7–12+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Comfort working within a structured, partnership-supported practice model
- Interest in ownership, leadership, and long-term growth
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and team collaboration skills
- Experience working alongside or leading established clinical teams preferred
