Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Naples, FL, responsible for leading interior design projects from concept through completion. Day‑to‑day activities include developing design concepts, preparing space plans, selecting finishes and FF&E, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors. The role involves producing and reviewing construction drawings, ensuring design intent is accurately documented and executed, and managing project timelines and budgets.

The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior designers, participate in client presentations, and ensure that all design solutions align with client objectives, brand standards, and building codes.

Qualifications
  • Strong Interior Design expertise, including concept development, finish selection, and FF&E coordination.
  • Proficiency in Space Planning to create functional, code‑compliant, and aesthetically cohesive layouts.
  • Knowledge of Architecture and construction practices to collaborate effectively with project teams.
  • Ability to produce and interpret detailed Construction Drawings and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; professional licensure or certification preferred.
  • Advanced skills in industry‑standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Demonstrated experience leading commercial interior design projects in retail, hospitality, or life care sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client‑facing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
