We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect with a minimum of five years of professional experience to join our growing design team. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with our Senior Architect on high-end hospitality, country club, commercial, and luxury residential projects from concept through construction.

The ideal candidate is creative, technically proficient, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing exceptional design while maintaining a strong understanding of construction documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Senior Architect throughout all phases of design and project development.
  • Prepare comprehensive construction documents and detailed architectural drawings.
  • Develop 3D models, renderings, and architectural visualizations using Lumion.
  • Produce presentation-quality renderings and graphics for client meetings.
  • Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, engineers, and project managers.
  • Assist with code research, permitting, and construction administration.
  • Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute creative design solutions.
  • Ensure drawings meet company quality standards, schedules, and project requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience
    .
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
    .
  • Strong experience using Lumion to create high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs.
  • Working knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in hospitality, country clubs, luxury residential, or commercial projects.
  • Knowledge of Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure is a plus.
