We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect with a minimum of five years of professional experience to join our growing design team. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with our Senior Architect on high-end hospitality, country club, commercial, and luxury residential projects from concept through construction.
The ideal candidate is creative, technically proficient, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing exceptional design while maintaining a strong understanding of construction documentation.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Senior Architect throughout all phases of design and project development.
- Prepare comprehensive construction documents and detailed architectural drawings.
- Develop 3D models, renderings, and architectural visualizations using Lumion.
- Produce presentation-quality renderings and graphics for client meetings.
- Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, engineers, and project managers.
- Assist with code research, permitting, and construction administration.
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute creative design solutions.
- Ensure drawings meet company quality standards, schedules, and project requirements.
- Bachelor's in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience
. - Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
. - Strong experience using Lumion to create high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs.
- Working knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
- Experience in hospitality, country clubs, luxury residential, or commercial projects.
- Knowledge of Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure is a plus.
