Senior Project Architect & Construction Manager

This Senior Project Architect & Construction Manager opportunity is based in Naples, offering the chance to protect design intent while coordinating directly with owners, consultants, and contractors.

• Minimum 12 years of professional architectural experience, including extensive involvement in mid‑ and high‑rise residential, mixed‑use, hospitality, and other large‑scale projects; at least 10 years of construction administration and field experience.
• Lead construction administration efforts, including RFIs, submittals, ASIs, payment requisitions, and change order management.
• Maintain design intent and architectural quality throughout construction; resolve complex field conditions and detailing challenges.
• Serve as the primary liaison and architectural representative during construction; coordinate directly with the general contractor, owner, and consultants.
• Conduct site visits and field observations as required; attend meetings and provide escalation for technical issues.
• Oversee project execution rather than producing drawings; coordinate with internal production teams and support QA/QC reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Florida Building Code and Florida Fire Prevention Code.
• Work in construction management software, Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Revit preferred.

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
