SOCOTEC in Naples, FL seeks a Building Envelope Specialist with 5+ years of experience to lead roofing design, detailing and analysis for high-performance buildings. You will advise architects and clients on enclosure performance, conduct shop drawing reviews, and manage roof replacement scopes from design development through construction.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Architecture or Engineering, strong CAD skills, and professional credentials preferred (PE/RA, RRO/RRC).
