This is a full-time, on-site role for a Psychiatrist located in Naples, FL. The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients, including evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of mental health conditions. Additionally, the Psychiatrist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensure continuity of care, and offer expertise in treating a wide range of mental health disorders in both adults and adolescents.

Active participation in multidisciplinary team meetings and a commitment to patient-centered care are crucial components of the role.

• Proficiency in Psychiatry, Psychiatric Care, and Mental Health management
• Strong foundation in general Medicine and its applications in psychiatric treatment
• Empathy, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and staff
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree, with an active medical license in the state of Florida
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and collaboration within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings is a plus
