Diagnostic Radiologist – Daytime Hospital Focus

Overview

Pro Scan is seeking Diagnostic Radiologists to join the Pro Scan Imaging Radiology team. The ideal candidate is looking for a unique opportunity to improve their practitioner skills, grow their business acumen and learn alongside Pro Scan’s founder, Dr. Stephen Pomeranz. The ideal candidate is a board-eligible / board-certified radiologist. This position is onsite or remote. Schedule is Monday – Friday, daytime shift (Eastern timezone).

Pro Scan is independently owned and operated by physicians for physicians; we serve every state and multiple countries, including hospitals, pediatric hospitals, clinics, and large specialty practices.

Our practice receives thousands of cases daily from our own Centers and the national clients we serve in all states plus U.S. territories—large volumes of MRI – musculoskeletal and MRI – neuro. We have a solid mix of body MRI and other modalities, including C.T., U.S., and radiography. The case mix also includes a healthy complement of breast MRI, prostate MRI, cardiac MRI, MRCP, pelvic floor imaging, and ENT MRI.

Pro Scan is ACCME accredited to provide Continuing Education; fellows come from all over the world to train  have developed proprietary training methods designed to improve the skill level of our doctors that is unmatched in private practice. We have also created hundreds of hours of video lectures and accumulated tens of thousands of teaching cases, which we make available to all our doctors.

General radiology skills are required for MR, X-ray, U.S., and C.T. studies. ER and inpatient exams, comfortable with stroke.

We offer competitive compensation and bonuses for additional reads beyond the base. Radiologists will also have an opportunity for ownership in our imaging centers. Therefore, compensation is not capped. In addition, retirement funding, a defined benefit plan, an annual CME stipend, unlimited access to our online CME-accredited educational material, health, dental, vision, life insurance/ disability coverage, malpractice insurance, and licensure are administrated and paid by Pro Scan.
