ESE Program Specialist, District
Minimum Requirements (Education/Experience)
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree required.
- Four years of experience as an Exceptional Student Education teacher, writing individual educational plans and facilitating professional learning.
- Understanding of instructional design and experience utilizing web-based data systems and spreadsheets with a variety of technology applications.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering high-quality professional learning opportunities for teachers and instructional support staff.
- Ability to plan and facilitate a group to achieve desired outcomes in working collectively to implement instructional change.

- ESE Program Specialist Vacancy Pool for the 25-26 School Year.
- Candidates must have a completed application and a current resume.
- Master's degree in Exceptional Student Education, Reading, Elementary Education, Educational Leadership, Counseling, Psychology, or select core subject areas 6-12 (English Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies) may be preferred.
- Florida Teacher Certification in Exceptional Student Education.
