Ballroom & Latin Dance Teacher

We are a modern and rapidly growing pro–am ballroom and Latin dance studio based in Aventura, FL. We’re currently seeking a passionate dance instructor to join our dynamic team.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is friendly, energetic, and loves working with adult students of all levels. Experience in teaching ballroom, Latin, or Argentine Tango is preferred.

We’re looking for driven, team–oriented individuals who are willing to take the initiative and motivate their students in their dance journey. We know we can teach anyone to dance, so finding the right person to join our team is what matters the most.

• Teach ballroom and Latin dancing in private and group settings.
• Be a team player and demonstrate strong communication skills with a diverse group of students and teachers.
• Learn and follow our dance curriculum, develop choreographies, teach technical elements, and prepare lesson plans.
• Constantly evaluate student performance and make changes for improvement.
• Adapt to students’ abilities, cultural background and preferences to keep them motivated and progressing toward their dance goals.
• Be punctual, professional, and courteous in all situations.
