Summer School Principal/Assistant Principal Pool
Selection Procedure: The Summer School Department is now accepting applications for consideration for Summer School 2026 Summer School Principal/Assistant Principal Pools.
The following criteria must be met to be eligible for consideration:
- Must be a current sitting Assistant Principal (AP, APC, APD).
- Must be willing to work at any designated summer school location/site.
- Must be willing and able to commit to working the full summer school session (June or July).
Elementary Intersession, Middle and High Credit Recovery:
June 2 - June 30 (7.5 hr/day, Monday Thursday)
ESY Site Principal:
June 29 - July 23 (5.5 hr/day, Monday Thursday)
Additional training/selection days will be required prior to the summer program
All eligible applicants are encouraged to submit an updated/complete application prior to the end of the posting period.
Site Locations: ELEMENTARY INTERSESSION (Grades 2, 3,4):
June 2 - June 30 (Student: June 8 - June 30)
- Golden Gate Elem (GGE)
- Lake Trafford Elem (LTE)
- Palmetto Elem (PLE)
- Parkside Elem (PSE)
- Poinciana Elem (PES)
June 2 - June 26 (Student: June 8 - June 30)
- Golden Gate High (GGH)
- Immokalee Middle (IMS)
June 29 - July 23 (Student: July 1 - July 23) Grades K-5
- Mike Davis Elem (MDE)
- Highlands Elementary (HLE)
- Golden Gate Middle (GGM)
- Immokalee Middle (IMS)
