Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Preschool Center Director to join the leadership team at their premier childcare center in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a genuine love for children, and a strong commitment to education.
- This is a Direct Hire position with the school
- Monday-Friday; year-round employment
- $55,000 – $65,000/year pending education, certifications, and professional Early Childhood Education experience
- Bonus incentive based on specified metrics

- Oversee all operations of the school, specifically focusing on educational programming, special events and activities, managing budget/finances, relationship building, quality assurance related to health & safety, and faculty onboarding, training & development
- Use a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop the school for the future
- Develop strong relationships with our families
- Comply with state childcare licensing regulations
- Project a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to serve in various roles as needed
- Ability to maintain accurate and up to date records
- REQUIRED Leadership
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience as a Director in a licensed childcare center or preschool with at least 130 enrolled students and at least 20 employees - PREFERRED Teaching
Experience:
At least 2 years of Lead Early Childhood Education (birth to 5-years-old) or Elementary teaching experience - PREFERRED Credential
:
Valid Florida Level 2 Director Credential with VPK Endorsement - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
