Principal, Education Administration

The Freedom Institute of Collier County is dedicated to a personalized learning model that allows students to align their education with their individual goals and aspirations. The Institute provides high school and college-level courses, utilizing its innovative C5 curriculum. In addition, it offers comprehensive college and career preparation, including job placement and internship opportunities. By equipping students with the tools they need, The Freedom Institute ensures they are well-prepared for their futures and for achieving lasting economic independence.

The Principal will be responsible for overseeing all academic and administrative operations at The Freedom Institute - Ave Maria campus, ensuring alignment with its mission of personalized education and student empowerment. Day-to-day tasks include leading and mentoring faculty, managing curriculum implementation, monitoring student progress, fostering a high character learning environment, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations. The Principal will also engage with parents, stakeholders, and the community to reinforce partnerships and promote the institution's goals.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ave Maria, FL.

• Leadership and management skills, including team building, staff oversight, and strategic decision-making
• Expertise in education administration, curriculum development, and student academic achievement monitoring
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, parents, and community members
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address challenges and foster a positive work and learning environment
• Knowledgeable about state and local educational standards, compliance regulations, and best practices in education
• Preferred qualifications include a Master's or higher degree in Educational Leadership, Education Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience as a school principal or in a leadership role in an educational setting is highly desirable
