We have an opening for an experienced, qualified Executive Director who has a passion for inspiring children and staff to reach their potential. We are seeking a passionate and proactive leader to oversee our school operations, ensuring a commitment to excellence in early childhood education, and an industry leader in childcare. As part of our Creative World Leadership Team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work closely with the Franchise Owner and our Regional Director to support our licensing, accreditation, and brand standards.
• Grow our school family through enrollment.
• Support, motivate, and inspire our teachers and staff to reach their highest potential.
• Create positive relationships with families and the community.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for our children and families.
• Partner with the Creative World School Franchisor to ensure brand standard compliance.

• 2+ years leadership experience
• Must meet Director license requirements for the State of Florida
• Must have 45 hours complete with DCF
• Great communication skills and work well with others
• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of child development
• Ability to be flexible with schedule based on the needs of the school
