Are you ready to bring out the star in your students? Taylor Robinson Music is looking for private music instructors, especially for guitar, who share our philosophy of “Learn to Play From the Heart.” We believe music education is essential to making the world a better, happier place and strive to make lessons accessible and affordable to as many people as possible.

• Conduct private music lessons in students’ homes, your own home or studio, or via webcam (though in‑person instruction is preferred).
• Travel within the Naples, FL area to visit students as needed.
• Set your own schedule and curriculum while maintaining good communication with our office and arriving on time for all lessons.
• Maintain student retention and uphold COVID‑19 safety protocols (mask, hand sanitization, social distancing when applicable).

• Prior experience or education in music (degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience). Formal music training is not mandatory but one of the above is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially with children, and the ability to stay organized and punctual.

• Independent contractor pay of $20–$30 per hour, adjusted for travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate.
• Flexibility to set your own schedule and lesson plans.
• We handle advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing to reduce your administrative load.
