Master's degree in Exceptional Student Education, Reading, Elementary Education, Educational Leadership, Counseling, Psychology, or select core subject area 6‑12 (English Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies). Four years of experience as a special education teacher, writing individual educational plans and facilitating professional learning, an understanding of instructional design, and experience utilizing web-based data systems and spreadsheets with a variety of applications of technology required.
Proficiency in designing and delivering high-quality professional learning opportunities for teachers and instructional support staff. Ability to plan and facilitate a group to achieve desired outcomes in working collectively to implement instructional change.
Florida Teacher Certification in Exceptional Student Education.
Preferred (Education/Experience)- Master's degree preferred.
