Located in Naples, FL, the organization seeks to make a lasting impact by fostering growth and resilience in the next generation.

As a Youth Empowerment Mentor at Youth Haven, you will play a vital role in guiding young adults as they navigate their personal and professional growth. In this full-time, on-site role located in Naples, FL, you will provide mentorship, facilitate youth development programs, foster relationships, and create a supportive environment for learning and personal growth. Daily tasks will include organizing workshops, one-on-one mentoring, group activities, and helping participants connect with community resources.

• Strong Youth Mentoring and Youth Work experience with a passion for making a positive impact on young people’s lives
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to connect with and effectively support youth
• Knowledge and experience in Youth Development, including strategies for fostering personal and educational growth
• Ability to collaborate within a team and independently manage tasks to meet program objectives
• Relevant educational background or certifications in social work, education, psychology, or related fields are a plus
• Experience working in a youth-focused organization is advantageous
• Ability to adapt and respond to the unique needs of diverse youth populations
