As Middle School Program Manager, you will lead the middle school team and serve as the operational anchor of the 21st CCLC after‑school and summer program at Golden Gate Middle School. You will work closely with school staff, community partners, and program coordinators to ensure every student has access to high‑quality academic support, enrichment, and a safe, welcoming environment after the school day ends.

The program runs smoothly and in full compliance with 21st CCLC and Collier County School District requirements. Students are enrolled, attendance goals are met, and families are actively engaged. Staff are well‑scheduled and supported. Data is accurate, timely, and audit‑ready. Partnerships with schools and community organizations are strong, and every student who walks through the door feels seen, supported, and challenged.

What

You Will Do
  • Lead program operations and ensure site staff and program activities comply with Collier County School District and 21st CCLC rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations including staff scheduling, curriculum coordination, activity planning, and site reporting.
  • Ensure the program correlates to and reinforces the school‑day curriculum.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, services, and individual student records.
  • Ensure individual student and programmatic evaluation activities are consistently implemented.
  • Generate and prepare monthly data for program reports.
Support Students and Families
  • Develop goals and action plans with participating students.
  • Recruit and enroll participants to meet grant average daily attendance requirements, maintaining an effective waitlist process.
  • Facilitate and encourage family member involvement through Parent Advisory Council participation and family events.
  • Provide program orientation and maintain consistent communication with families and schools.
  • Coordinate ongoing family involvement activities, services, and special events.
Build Partnerships and Community
  • Collaborate with Collier County Public Schools to provide coordinated program support and use student data to improve achievement.
  • Facilitate partnerships with agencies that provide services to students and families, as well as business and community partners.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with principals, counselors, teachers, and after‑school staff.
  • Coordinate effective volunteer involvement across all facets of the program.
What You Bring

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in education or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • At least three years of experience in a teaching or administrative capacity in an organization providing direct services to students.
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse cultures and populations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet use, and basic computer skills sufficient to maintain program records and budgets, and communicate with parents, volunteers, partners, and community.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to the mission and core values of Grace Place.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to pass background checks and FDLE fingerprinting.
