Required Degree: MS in Educational Leadership, Education Law, or a related field (PhD or EdD preferred).
Experience: In-depth understanding of school leadership and legal and ethical issues; knowledge of modern educational systems, institutions, and practices; effective teaching in‑person or online; commitment to Christlike leadership, teaching, and service.
Preferred Qualifications: University‑level teaching experience; experience teaching in‑person and online; K‑12 teaching or administrative experience.
Duties & Expectations- Teach a 1–2 credit graduate course in legal and ethical issues for educators.
- Plan and deliver lessons 1–2 times per week.
- Grade student assignments and provide timely feedback.
- Support pre‑service teachers in creating safe, equitable learning environments.
