The 4th Grade Teacher is a full-time, on-site role located in Naples, FL. This educator will plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons across core subjects, integrating a biblical worldview throughout instruction. Daily responsibilities include designing and implementing curriculum, assessing student learning, differentiating instruction to meet diverse needs, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. The teacher will foster a Christ-centered classroom environment that promotes spiritual growth, academic rigor, positive behavior, and respectful collaboration among students.
Additional duties include regular communication with families, participation in faculty meetings and professional development, coordination of classroom events and field trips, and support of school-wide programs and spiritual life activities.
- Strong instructional skills in Teaching and Elementary Education, with experience leading a self-contained classroom at the upper-elementary level.
- Ability to design and adapt Curriculum Development and Education plans that align with school standards and integrate a biblical worldview.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, partnering with families, and providing clear feedback to students.
- Commitment to Christian education, including a personal, growing Christian faith and alignment with the school’s mission and statement of faith.
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field; valid teaching certification or eligibility for certification preferred.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills, with the ability to create a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
- Willingness to participate in school community life, including chapel, special events, and extracurricular or service opportunities as needed.
