Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree required. Four years of experience as an Exceptional Student Education teacher, writing individual educational plans and facilitating professional learning, an understanding of instructional design, and experience utilizing web-based data systems and spreadsheets with a variety of applications of technology required. Proficiency in designing and delivering high‑quality professional learning opportunities for teachers and instructional support staff. Ability to plan and facilitate a group to achieve desired outcomes in working collectively to implement instructional change.
