We support building owners, investors, and tenants through every phase of a building’s lifecycle from construction and acquisition through upgrades, renovation, and disposition.

Managing Consultants are senior technical and consulting professionals who play a key role in delivering services, managing client relationships, supporting technical excellence, mentoring staff, and contributing to business development efforts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working on building enclosure assessments, design consulting, construction administration, investigations, rehabilitation, new construction, and other specialized services. The exact scope varies based on experience, location, and market focus.
