Sr. Project Specialist - Building Envelope

Location: On‑Site Naples, FL

• Field observations, inspections, and testing of building enclosures.
• Collection and documentation of data for construction monitoring.
• Report writing and technical service documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide guidance to junior staff.
• Apply advanced technical knowledge and exercise sound judgment on site.

• Technical expertise in one or more of the building enclosure service areas.
• Strong foundation in the discipline, with a commitment to high‑quality, technically rigorous work.
• Curiosity, accountability, and desire to continuously learn and improve.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across disciplines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and teammates.
