As a Project Manager in Land Development, you will conceptualize, organize, execute and coordinate engineering projects within the land development sector. The role requires experience with residential single‑family subdivisions as well as multi‑family and commercial site and land development. A thorough understanding of civil engineering components typical of site and land development is essential. You will produce and design site layouts, stormwater infrastructure, grading, utilities, roadway and pavement designs.

• Plan, coordinate, and direct large engineering projects or several smaller projects with complex features.
• Lead a team of project engineers, EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen to produce construction plans, exhibits, reports, tables, etc., as required by the client. Manage daily operations and deliverables for single‑family, multi‑family and commercial projects.
• Analyze project scope, client RFP and the firm’s proposal; organize work and set procedures and deadlines to accomplish projects efficiently and profitably.
• Apply advanced techniques, theory and practices typical of the civil engineering field.
• Execute duties and project deliverables with minimal oversight while maintaining budget and schedule.
• Communicate professionally with staff, clients, reviewing authorities and consultants for overall coordination, execution and completion of projects.
• Assist in writing proposals that outline the scope of work for projects from concept through completion.

• Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer

• 6+ years of land development experience
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Strong understanding of land development codes for local cities and governing bodies
