• Be a Team Member:
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively and provide customer service; stay flexible to business needs; track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert:
  Understand processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce; prepare products to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality.
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for production decisions, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive department performance; manage inventory and rotate products; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist customers according to company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Model high-quality service and products; demonstrate energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Follow company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; uphold Open Door Policy and related business practices.
• Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; seek improvement opportunities; adapt to change and feedback.

• Understand quality processes for produce; prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products to standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; follow laws, regulations and company policies related to produce quality.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld devices to make decisions with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage adoption.
• Drive area performance; manage inventory with perpetual techniques; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist customers per company policies.
• Act as a Talent Ambassador by delivering high-quality service and products and displaying appropriate energy and commitment.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; apply these in business processes.
• Complete tasks with clear priorities and timelines; communicate progress; identify opportunities for improvement and adapt to change.
