Bookkeeper

Description

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing day-to-day accounting operations. This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining organized financial records.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently and in a timely manner.

- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy.

- Generate financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues in financial data.

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.

- Manage and organize documentation related to invoices, payments, and receipts.

- Provide support for audits and other financial reviews as needed.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

- Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
