• Function: Provide senior-level credit analysis, loan structuring support, and portfolio monitoring for commercial lending relationships

• 5+ years of experience in credit analysis, commercial lending, or loan review
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
• Strong financial statement interpretation and credit writing skills
• Proficiency with Excel; knowledge of Salesforce or nCino is a plus
• Familiarity with commercial loan systems and corporate credit products

• Perform detailed financial statement analysis to support underwriting of complex C&I loans
• Collaborate with Portfolio and Relationship Managers to structure transactions and strategize on client relationships
• Prepare credit approval documents with accurate loan terms, exposure calculations, and policy exception tracking
• Monitor assigned commercial loan portfolios, including covenant tracking and performance reviews
• Participate in internal credit discussions and external client meetings
• Mentor junior Credit Analysts and contribute to special projects as assigned
• Ensure adherence to lending guidelines and bank credit policy
