-based accounting firm in Naples, Florida is seeking an experienced Enrolled Agent (EA) / Tax Preparer for an in-office role focused on complex individual, business, and fiduciary tax compliance and planning.
- Prepare and review individual, fiduciary, and business tax returns including 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, and 1065
- Handle tax compliance, planning, and IRS correspondence
- Work with fiduciaries, attorneys, and financial advisors
- Ensure accurate, confidential, and timely tax filings
- Active Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA in good standing
- 3+ years of tax preparation experience in a public accounting firm
- Experience with tax software such as Drake, Ultra Tax, or similar
