As an Associate Banker you will represent our brand with hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and technology while providing friendly service. Your role will help the branch succeed by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals.

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.

• Put clients first and exceed expectations by delivering friendly service and creating a welcoming environment.
• Build trusted relationships through genuine care and concern.
• Engage clients by communicating clearly and anticipating their needs.
• Resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail for a consistent experience.
• Work collaboratively as a team to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
