Responsibilities
- Grow, deepen, and manage relationships with affluent customers
- Serve as primary point of contact for banking products and services
- Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals
- Deliver tailored banking and credit strategies
- Demonstrate risk excellence through accurate documentation and sound judgment
- Participate in coordinating warm introductions and setting clear expectations for clients
- 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
Demonstrates expertise in relationship management with affluent customers, delivering tailored banking and credit strategies while ensuring risk excellence through sound judgment and accurate documentation.
