Senior Wealth Management Associate

This position is in Naples, FL. In this role, you will partner with senior wealth management professionals to identify, engage, and develop relationships with prospective clients, supporting new client acquisition and business growth within your assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior advisors and relationship managers to develop and execute strategies for identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients while supporting business development goals.
• Develop and apply knowledge of investment strategies, portfolio analysis, asset allocation, and wealth management solutions to support client discussions.
• Facilitate a smooth client onboarding experience by coordinating the transition from prospect to client and partnering with internal teams throughout the process.
• Work closely with analysts and other team members to prepare client analyses, proposals, and presentation materials.

Qualifications

• MBA required
• A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in Financial Services, with some exposure to Wealth Management, Investment Management, Investment Banking, or related fields.
• Knowledge of asset allocation modeling and analysis of investment portfolios, fixed income portfolios, and more.
