This Budget Analyst position within the Florida Department of Health in Collier County performs complex budget development, financial monitoring, reporting, and analysis under the Finance and Accounting Director. The incumbent also handles payroll reallocations, purchase card reviews, and supports compliance with state and federal financial requirements.
Keyqualifications:
- Complex budget development and financial analysis experience
- Proficiency with state financial systems (FIRS, FLAIR, MFMP, CONMAN, PLAM)
- Strong ability to prepare financial reports and statements
- Experience with payroll processing and cost allocation
- Knowledge of federal and state compliance requirements
- Ability to provide training and support to program managers on fiscal processes
