• Perform a variety of professional facial and skin care treatments tailored to individual client needs
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to recommend appropriate services and products
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences that encourage client retention and membership enrollment
• Perform waxing services including facial and body waxing
• Educate clients on proper at-home skincare routines and retail product recommendations
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and fully stocked treatment room in compliance with state regulations
• Collaborate with spa team members to ensure a seamless and welcoming client experience

• Valid Florida Esthetician license required
• Prior experience in a spa, salon, or medical esthetics setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of skin care techniques, facial treatments, and waxing services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and drive membership sales
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
