We are seeking a creative and experienced Hair Stylist to join our prestigious spa team. If you are passionate about hair styling and delivering exceptional service, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-end clientele in a sophisticated, serene setting.

• Perform consultations and recommend styles, cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to each client.
• Execute precision haircuts, coloring (including balayage, highlights, and corrective color), styling, and finishing techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and salon area.
• Build and retain a loyal clientele through excellent service and follow-up.
• Stay current with trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Upsell retail products and additional services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the team and support salon operations.

• Current Florida cosmetology license and continual maintenance of active license.
• Experience at a day spa or resort spa desirable.
• 2-3 years of experience as a practicing nail technician.
• Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Portfolio of recent work (highly preferred).
