Salary Range: $104,000 - $150,000 + benefits

Requirements to Apply

• 5+ years nursing experience in education, project management, or leadership
• 1+ year in a manager/director-level role
• RN license in Florida
• BLS certification
• BSN
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Experience with Magnet designation or Shared Decision Making highly preferred

Job Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Director to lead our Pathway to Excellence and Magnet programs at a leading two-hospital health system in beautiful Naples, Florida. You’ll coordinate all aspects of ANCC Pathway and Magnet journeys, collaborating with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to promote nursing excellence, shared governance, and regulatory readiness. This is your opportunity to support strategic planning, guide culture transformation, lead data collection and document submission, and mentor staff across the organization.

This high-impact position plays a critical role in shaping nursing practice, supporting quality improvement, and showcasing the best of professional nursing at a nationally recognized health system.
