About This Role

Join Medtronic to lead medical technology and innovation, championing healthcare access and equity for all.
Primary Responsibilities- Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to the region to meet Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives.
- Represent Medtronic CAS during ablation procedures to provide troubleshooting and technical assistance.
- Research solutions to technical inquiries (catheter, console, generator support).
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on AFS products and related procedures.
- Conduct one‑on‑one training sessions, in‑service education programs, seminars, and symposiums.
- Assist field training departments in training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers.
- Update sales representatives on procedure and notify Account Manager of issues requiring follow‑up.
- Promote safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
- Work in partnership with the Account Manager to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- High School diploma or GED PLUS a minimum 11 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or cardiac field sales.
- Associate degree PLUS a minimum 9 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or cardiac field sales.
- Bachelor degree PLUS a minimum 7 years work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or cardiac field sales; IBHRE or RCIS or RCES certification required.
- Local qualified candidates and Medtronic experience preferred.
- B.A./B.S. in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum 4 years in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales.
- Pacing school/ATI‑like training program additional BQs.
- Proven track record with technical training assignments.
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
Job Requirements
- Travel up to 80% and 25% travel outside territory; overnight travel may be required.
- Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.
- Physical ability to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day and use computer, mouse, keyboard.
- Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation.
- Must be within assigned territory daily; unscheduled needs arise.
- Salary range U.S. $110,000 - $130,000.
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) for significant incentive compensation.
