Front Office Team Lead

Frantz Eye Care, founded by Dr. Jonathan Frantz in 1994, is a premier provider of eye care services in Southwest Florida. With 7 locations in Fort Myers, Naples, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, and Lehigh Acres, the practice offers a range of services including eye exams, glasses, contact lenses, and advanced procedures such as bladeless laser cataract removal and Bladeless iLASIK.

We are looking for a full-time Front Office Team Lead to oversee and support the daily operations of our front office team in our Naples location. Responsibilities include overseeing front office staff, while being a hands-on front office team player checking patients in and out. Ensuring efficient appointment scheduling, providing excellent customer service while handling patient inquiries. This role requires on-site presence and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for patients and team members alike.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively interacting with patients & team members.
• At least 2 years experience in some form of leadership
• Strong medical front office experience, understanding the basic protocol and procedures that can effectively lead a team in a medical setting.
• Excellent organizational abilities and problem-solving skills to manage daily administrative operations efficiently.
• Proven leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare or ophthalmology practice operations is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or experience in a related field are advantageous.
