Front Desk Receptionist

Gulf Coast Spine & Sport is a sports-focused chiropractic and rehabilitation clinic dedicated to helping active individuals get better, stay better, and continue doing what they love
. We work with motivated patients — from athletes to fitness-minded adults — who value movement, performance, and long-term health.

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who is friendly, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is the first impression of our office and plays a key part in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and daily front-desk flow
• Answer phones, respond to messages, and communicate clearly with patients
• Collect payments and assist with insurance verification and documentation
• Maintain accurate patient records and office organization
• Support providers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Help create a positive, high-energy environment for patients and team members

• Friendly, confident, and personable
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy setting
• Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and written)
• Previous experience in a medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, or fitness setting is a plus
• Interest in health, fitness, or working with active individuals is strongly preferred
