Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

HOPE Therapeutics is a multi-site interventional psychiatry MSO dedicated to treating patients with complex mental health conditions. We integrate evidence-based care including medication management, TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), ketamine-based therapies, SPRAVATO®, and psychotherapy to deliver comprehensive, personalized treatment. We're expanding access to innovative mental health care across Florida.

We're hiring a board-certified PMHNP to provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and related conditions. You'll work collaboratively with our psychiatrists, therapists, and interventional treatment teams (TMS/ketamine/SPRAVATO®) to deliver high-quality outcomes in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations (typ. 60-minute initial assessments)
• Provide ongoing medication management and evidence-based treatment planning
• Prescribe/monitor psychotropic medications; manage side effects, interactions, and polypharmacy considerations
• Coordinate or refer patients for interventional treatments (TMS, ketamine-based therapies, SPRAVATO®) when clinically appropriate
• Provide brief supportive therapy and psychoeducation as clinically indicated

• Collaborate with therapists and interventional teams to deliver coordinated, whole-person care
• Participate in case reviews and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Coordinate with PCPs, specialists, and community resources; help grow a strong referral network

• Maintain timely, high-quality documentation in the EMR
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable state/federal regulations (including DEA requirements)
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

• Graduate degree: MSN/DNP with PMHNP specialization
• Active Florida APRN license (or ability to obtain promptly)
• Board certification: PMHNP-BC (ANCC) or PMHNP (AANPCB)
• Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain promptly) and controlled substance eligibility per Florida requirements
• Strong diagnostic skills and comfort managing complex outpatient psychopharmacology
• BLS required (ACLS preferred or required based on clinic protocols — or willingness to get)

• Experience with treatment-resistant depression and complex outpatient psychiatry
• Familiarity with TMS, ketamine-based therapies, SPRAVATO®, or interventional psychiatry workflows
• Outpatient clinic experience
• Interest in growth/leadership (workflow ownership, mentorship, referral development)

• Multidisciplinary model (therapy + interventional teams + psychiatry support)
• Required physician collaboration/protocol arrangements provided as applicable under Florida requirements
