Wellness Specialist

Over the past several years, we’ve built a reputation in Naples for delivering data-driven, exercise physiology–based training focused on longevity, strength, and performance. With continued expansion across premier communities and clubs, we’re looking to add 1–2 Wellness Specialists to our team.

This is not a traditional “trainer” role.

We work at the intersection of:

• Balance & fall prevention
• High-level client communication and professionalism

Our clients expect excellence — and so do we.

• ✔️ Exercise Physiology or related degree (minimum bachelor’s)
• ✔️ Strong understanding of strength training principles
• ✔️ Comfortable working with adults 60+
• ✔️ Professional, coachable, and growth-oriented
• ✔️ Passionate about helping people unlock their peak performance

• We value professionalism and long-term client relationships
