Medical Assistant (MA).

SWICFT Cardiology, located in downtown Naples, is actively seeking a Medical Assistant for a busy, fast-paced cardiology office. This is an opportunity to join our team in this expanding practice located in downtown Naples. We are looking for bright, organized individuals that will follow instructions and clinical orders but who also have initiative. Candidate will perform a variety of duties in both the clinical and administrative areas.

Assisting clinicians with patient care, rooming patients, ECG, Holter & event monitor, chart abstraction & making sure all pertinent labs & diagnostic test results are available for the clinician; electronic prescription refills, and busy phone triage. All M.A.'s will be crossed trained in all duties but tasks are divided.

• Prior medical office experience.
• Proficient computer skills with knowledge of electronic medical records.
• Athenahealth experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and organized.
• Ability to work as a member of a team.
• Current BLS.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Full-time.

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour.
