• Conduct and update Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to develop evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Monitor and analyze behavioral data using graphical representations to refine IEP goals and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Provide technical assistance and staff development on positive behavioral supports (PBIS) and crisis intervention techniques.
• Partner with K-12 school personnel and families to ensure the consistent, high-fidelity implementation of ABA methodologies.

• Master’s Degree (for BCBA) or Bachelor’s Degree (for BCaBA) in a related field
• Valid National BCBA or BCaBA Certification (Required)
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
• Familiarity with the IEP process and classroom-based ABA implementation

• Top Compensation:
  Earn $47.00 - $51.50 Per Hour
