- Conduct and update Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to develop evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Monitor and analyze behavioral data using graphical representations to refine IEP goals and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
- Provide technical assistance and staff development on positive behavioral supports (PBIS) and crisis intervention techniques.
- Partner with K-12 school personnel and families to ensure the consistent, high-fidelity implementation of ABA methodologies.
- Master’s Degree (for BCBA) or Bachelor’s Degree (for BCaBA) in a related field
- Valid National BCBA or BCaBA Certification (Required)
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
- Familiarity with the IEP process and classroom-based ABA implementation
- Top Compensation:
Earn $47.00 - $51.50 Per Hour
