Key Responsibilities Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner and models effective communication and recovery-oriented skills Assists clients in identifying personal recovery goals and determines appropriate interventions Develops and maintains relationships with clients to monitor emotional or behavioral changes and advocates for necessary resources
Required Qualifications Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Experience in crisis intervention and support services Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs Willingness to work in a setting with varying noise levels and potential crisis situations
