Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial intake assessments for children, including screening for social determinants of health and eligibility for public benefits Develop integrated care plans and coordinate with care managers for behavioral health referrals and community resources Perform risk assessments, advocate for families, and ensure thorough documentation of assessments and referrals
Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent in Counseling/Mental Health required State licensure: LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC or eligibility within required timeframe required 2+ years of experience in pediatric social work or related fields required Ability to prioritize urgent needs such as suicide risk and unstable housing required
Experience with complex medical needs and trauma-informed care preferred
