The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a scrub technician and a strong understanding of sterile technique to ensure patient safety and efficient surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and maintain sterile field and surgical instruments during procedures.

* Assist surgeons and surgical team by passing instruments and supplies as needed.

* Ensure strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control protocols.

* Set up operating rooms with necessary equipment and supplies prior to surgery.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the OR environment.

* Collaborate effectively with the surgical team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

* Minimum of 1 year experience as a scrub technician in an OR setting.

* Strong knowledge and application of sterile technique.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred but not required.
