Job . Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a position in Naples, Florida.
Job SummaryCardiac Cath Lab Technologist (Invasive Cardiovascular Technology Specialist) assisting in cardiovascular procedures in scrub and monitoring capacity, supporting direct patient care within scope of practice. Demonstrates competency in coronary intervention, peripheral intervention, electrophysiology studies, atherectomy, intravascular ultrasound, fractional flow reserve, and deployment of closure devices. Candidates must bring license on the first day.

- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Cardiovascular Technology.
- Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification preferred, to be obtained within one year of hire or within 90 days.
- OR completion of a formal Radiologic Technology Program with ARRT® credential and licensure as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) in Florida.
- BLS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.
- ALS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association required within one year of hire.
- Intermediate computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows).
- Preferred:
Epic experience; IABP certification; EP experience;
Structural Heart experience;
Cath Lab experience; peripheral experience; advanced competency in cannulation.
- Utilize sterile process to maintain a sterile field, anticipate needs, and properly prepare invasive devices.
- Practice radiation safety for patients, self, and others.
- Assist in patient care within scope of practice and report observed changes in patient status to cardiologists and RNs.
- Practice safe medication administration during physician-assisted procedures.
- Participate in pre-verification checklists and time-outs.
- Complete timely and accurate event documentation reflecting hospital/unit standards, including procedure specifics.
- Maintain general condition of imaging and interventional equipment and operate required equipment during procedures, documenting failures in a timely fashion.
- Complete patient care assignments within the designated shift.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient outcomes.
- Populate required registry data for Cath-PCI and ICD registries.
- Float to North during working hours as needed (not on call); call schedule includes 12 days of call in 6 weeks with 12 weekends (Fri‑Sun).

Pay package is based on 10‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
