Part‑Time Evening Care Staff and PRN Med Techs/Care Staff

Pineapple House of Sapphire Lakes, located in the beautiful city of Naples, Florida, is dedicated to providing compassionate and high‑quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking motivated and caring individuals to join our vibrant team as part‑time evening care staff. Additionally, we are looking for PRN (as‑needed) staff to fill roles as Med Techs and Care Staff to support our residents' needs.

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support residents with medication management and administration as a Med Tech (training provided)
• Monitor residents’ health and well‑being, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team
• Assist with meal service and ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging atmosphere for residents
• Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure resident safety and compliance with regulations

• Prior experience in assisted living, home health aide (HHA), or related healthcare fields
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and care
• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Med Tech preferred; training available for qualified candidates
• Flexibility to work evenings and as needed for PRN shifts
