Position Overview The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support students requiring social work services. The clinician provides counseling, crisis intervention, assessment, and care planning services for individuals experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges within the school setting.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with school staff and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement plans of care. Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention services. Assess social, emotional, behavioral, and environmental factors impacting student success. Coordinate appropriate community resources and referrals. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all applicable regulations and policies. Support students and families through advocacy, consultation, and case management services.
Minimum Qualifications Active state licensure as an LCSW , LMHC , or LMFT . Minimum one year of social work experience preferred. BLS Additional Information School experience is NOT required. Virtual interviews available. About Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.
